Do you need to produce large multi-language labels for products shipped around the globe? Or does your packaging require multiple ADR and GHS diamonds for transport?
Since the introduction of On-Demand Laser Printing, chemical manufacturers have struggled to get all of the regulatory info they are required to display onto a standard A4 Teslin label. Some manufactures tackled this by printing a single A4 GHS label and attaching additional separate ADR diamonds, delaying production, increasing risk of mislabelling due to human error, and increasing both labelling and labour costs. Others have used extended A4 labels to house multiple ADR diamonds – awkwardly printing them through low-capacity special feed trays (bypass trays) exposing the labels to industrial environments and drastically reducing production capacity.
