Managed Print Service (MPS) Terms & Pricing
If purchasing directly you will need to sign a MPS agreement via a e-contract, which will be sent to the email used at checkout. On completion of the contract the printer will be despatched directly.
The MPS contract is charged at £20 per month as a flat rate, plus a charge of 5.5p per sheet for colour prints and 0.9p per sheet for mono prints. Costs are invoiced monthly on standard account terms.
This cost includes all consumable items such as toners, which are delivered automatically when the management software sees levels drop below 20% (~5k sheets)
MPS also includes all onsite engineer visits, as well as parts and labour for the duration of the 36 month contract.
This printer is certified for use with Hibiscus label stock which when combined produces a fully BS5609 compliant chemical label.
