Our Folding Reflective Orange ADR Plates provide a practical and durable solution for commercial vehicles transporting dangerous or hazardous goods. Available in both horizontal folding and vertical folding versions, these ADR panels are designed for vehicles that need to display an orange warning plate when carrying dangerous goods but require a convenient way to cover the panel when it is no longer needed.
Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, each folding ADR plate is built for long-term commercial vehicle use and helps eliminate the rust issues that can affect lower-quality metal signs. The strong aluminium construction provides an excellent combination of durability, weather resistance and low weight, making these panels ideal for trucks, lorries, trailers, tankers and other vehicles involved in hazardous goods transport.
Each ADR panel is finished with highly reflective orange vinyl to provide excellent visibility in a wide range of driving and lighting conditions. The bright reflective orange face is surrounded by the mandatory 15mm black border, creating the distinctive appearance required for ADR vehicle identification.
The folding design allows the ADR panel to remain permanently mounted to the vehicle. When dangerous goods are not being transported, or when the vehicle is carrying limited quantities where the panel is not required, the sign can simply be folded closed rather than removed from the vehicle.
Two folding configurations are available to suit different vehicle layouts and installation requirements:
- Horizontally Folding ADR Plate – features a horizontal hinge, allowing the panel to fold upwards or downwards when not required.
- Vertically Folding ADR Plate – features a vertical hinge, allowing the panel to fold sideways when not in use.
