The 2200 is a 10 colour flexographic press that exemplifies precision and versatility. Operated by our skilled technicians Carl and Daz, this powerhouse can achieve impressive speeds of up to 180 meters per minute. The Mark Andy 2200 is our go-to machine for producing bespoke chemical product labels, ensuring that each label meets the exacting standards of the chemical industry.
Additionally, this press excels in manufacturing A3 laser sheet labels, demonstrating its flexibility across various label formats. With its advanced colour capabilities and high-speed performance, the Mark Andy allows us to deliver top-quality, customised labelling solutions efficiently and consistently.
Edale E250
When it comes to precision sheeting and high-volume production of lasersheet labels, our two Edale E250 machines are in a league of their own.
This specialised press, expertly handled by Rich and Damian, is the cornerstone of our laser sheet label production. With a 10-inch width capability, the Edale caters to a broad spectrum of label dimensions, offering unparalleled versatility. But it’s not just about size – this workhorse produces an astounding volume – over 1 million A4 laser sheets monthly, a testament to its efficiency and our ability to meet large-scale demands.

Svecia Silkscreen Press
In our silkscreen printing department, the classic Svecia Press continues to be a cornerstone of our manufacturing capabilities. This vintage machine, expertly operated by our skilled technician Ian, stands as a symbol of lasting quality and precision, especially in large-format label production.

ABG Digicon, Series 3
Complementing our printing capabilities, our ABG Digicon Series 3 finishing line represents the pinnacle of label finishing technology.
Expertly operated by Richard and Scott, this versatile machine excels in cutting, varnishing and laminating, ensuring our labels receive the perfect final touch. Accuracy is paramount, with its semi-rotary die cutting operation re-registering every repeat for precise results. Its wide range of automated set-up, changeover, and synchronisation features not only saves valuable time but also reduces waste, aligning perfectly with our commitment to both quality and sustainability.

ABG Omega SR250
Our ABG Omega SR250 checking machine is one of the most crucial pieces of equipment in our factory’s printing process. Operated by our team members Lee and Rhys, this advanced slitter rewinder is an essential part of our quality control system.
With the capability to inspect labels at speeds of up to 30 meters per minute, the Omega ensures that every label leaving our facility meets our exacting standards.
